Grievance Cell
As per AICTE regulations (details are available on AICTE Web portal) the college has constituted 'Grievance Redressal Cell (Committee)' consisting of Chairperson and other members.
Anyone with a genuine grievance may approach the cell members in person.. In case the person is unwilling to appear in self, Grievances may also be sent through e-mail/College webste link
(http://recb.ac.in/Feedback.aspx) to the officer in-charge of Grievance Redressal Cell.
Objective:
• Grievance Cell is constituted for redressal of the grievances of faculty, staff & students. Meeting of the cells is conducted regularly to examine the grievances of faculty, staff & student.
• To introduce a fair, impartial and an unbiased consistent mechanism of various issues of different aggrieved segments.
• Encouraging the stakeholders to express their grievances/and issues in a free and frank manner, without any fear of being victimized.
Type of Grievance:
• Physically or mental harassment of staff/student
• Delay/non receipt of salary of any staff.
• Working culture of staff/student.
• Welfare Measure of staff/student.
• Refusing admission in accordance with the declared admission policy of the institute.
• Feedback in both academic and non-academic.
• Safety Measure of staff/student etc.
